We want you to have complete peace of mind so we’ve put together some of the most common questions we are asked by our customers.
What’s the process like?
After you request a quote, we will contact you to create a custom plan based on your needs. You will then be assigned a caretaker who will manage your property. That’s it! You can now rest assured that your second home will always be ready for you.
Who will be visiting my property?
You will be assigned one of our caretakers. You can choose to personally meet for picking the property keys. You will be handed his contact information..
How do I know that my property is being managed?
After each visit, you will be sent a general status report of the property with any relevant updates.
Can I start with a basic visit and add to my plan as I see fit?
You can always start with the most basic plan. We will report on any issues that may arise and you can decide if you would like CCM to handle it for you. Our goal is to provide you with maximum flexibility to fit your needs.
